Update July 2020
We are so happy to be able to start welcoming you all back to Catch 22 Rooms. In order to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we’ve put in place some additional measures. Please take a read of the below and if you’ve got any questions please feel free to get in touch.
1. FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED, STAGGERED START TIMES, SOCIAL DISTANCING & CHECK IN CHANGES
We kindly ask that our guests wear face coverings at all times. When you arrive you will be asked to wait in the lobby until the group in front of you has been taken to their room. The check in area will be sanitised in between groups.
Game times are staggered to minimise contact between groups and our staff will be maintaining a six foot social distance at all times.
Finally, we still want to be able to take photographs of all our escape room champions - they’ll just be taken in your room where possible rather than the lobby.
2. ALL OUR GAMES ARE PRIVATE. All games will be booked privately. This means your group plays each adventure without any other people in the room.
3. TOUCHABLE SURFACES AND PROPS
Our touchable surfaces will be sanitised in between groups and any frequently touched papers have been laminated to make them easy to wipe clean. We’ve also removed as many high risk items as we can to keep you safe.
4. CLEANING, ILLNESS and PATIENCE
We’ve set up rigorous cleaning practices and will continue to make sure our rooms are as clean as possible. Each room will be cleaned in between games.
Our staff will make sure that social distancing is maintained, and will be screened before coming to work. They will also be supplied with gloves during cleaning if required.
Please do bear with us whilst we keep everyone safe. We will try to work as quickly and efficiently as possible, but safety will remain our main priority so please do be patient!
We ask that if you or a member of your party has any symptoms of sickness that they stay home. We reserve the right to ask anyone appearing to be ill to leave or reschedule.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all back safely!
